Joseph Fisher, 25, MS

MS stands for Male Servant, but probably means he was a farm hand
The owner/proprietor of the Old Royal Oak is: 'John Sutton, 45, Farmer'.
Apart from his wife and family of 8 there is also: one FS (female servant), at least four young men, each recorded as 'MS', and another farmer in the household.

In the 1851 Census this looks like the same Joseph, at 9, Woodstock Street, Liverpool:
