John Tillotson is the step-brother of Samuel Drewry.

Tillotson Laycock's MarriageJohn Tillotson married Hannah Sayer (sister of the John Sayer mentioned in Sense Drewry's will) and they had a daughter Mary Ann Laycock.

It may be worth noting that:
between 1822-1824 an Augustus Sayer lived at no. 25 Howland Street.

This may have been "Augustin Sayer (1790-1861), physician and medical writer. He was physician to the Lock Hospital and member of the Marylebone representative council. He died in Upper Seymour Street." [source]

and in 1824, Henry Runciman Drewry was living in Howland Street. [See Louisa M Drewry]

John Tillotson's Daughter's MarriageMarriage announcement in the Stamford Mercury (14th March, 1828) of the marriage of "Mary Ann daughter of the late John Tillotson Laycock Esq of Howland Street and grand daughter of the late Rev Tillotson Laycock of Lincoln."

Reciting: (inter alia) marriage settlement of 25 & 26 Apr 1804 concerning the marriage of George Robson and Sense Wilcockson, with Samuel Drewry and John Tillotson Laycock as trustees; also the will of Sense Robson of Peterborough, widow, in which (inter alia) she left the Theatre building etc in the parish of St Martin, Lincoln, to Maria Drewry and her other niece Louisa Ann Manley Drewry.
Moiety of the Theatre building etc situated in a yard belonging to the Kings Arms in the parish of St Martin, Lincoln, on various trusts.
